What counts as a sale.
A paying customer the work brought in. We agree how that gets tracked, what the monthly report shows, and what happens with refunds and returns, before anything starts. You see the same numbers we do.
We build and run the work up front. You pay a share of the sales it brings in, usually 10% to 20%.† No sales, no bill for our work.

The Straightforward Creative Company™
Most shops bill you whether the work brings anyone in or not. On this program we carry the cost up front and take a share of what it earns. If it earns nothing, we earned nothing.
Website, photos, video, content, ads. Whatever the plan needs to bring customers in.
Usually 10% to 20% of the sales the work brings in, reported and invoiced monthly.
The share, how long it runs, and how a sale gets counted. All agreed before we start.
This is paid work with the payment moved to the back, not free work. Rather pay for the work outright? See current rates ↗

Money paid to other people. Advertising spend, hosting, your web address, printing, permits, travel, rentals, talent, music, and stock licensing. We price those and get your approval first.
What it costs, roughly what you make on each sale, and what you want more of. A few sentences is enough to start.
Not every business fits this. If yours is better off paying for the work outright, we will say so.
