Who can apply
You must be one of the following:
- A nonprofit, charitable, educational, community, or public-benefit organization.
- A sole proprietorship.
- A single-member LLC with no more than one employee.
What the project needs
A proposed project must:
- Have a clear purpose, scope, and reasonable completion point.
- Fit the services and capabilities of Blowers Creative.
- Provide a meaningful creative, community, charitable, educational, or small-business benefit.
- Be reasonably achievable without interfering with existing client commitments.
- Have one designated person responsible for communication, approvals, scheduling, and required materials.
- Follow our normal safety, legal, licensing, release, privacy, and professional requirements.
Portfolio permission
Selected applicants must let Blowers Creative display and discuss the finished work, the process, and appropriate project details in our portfolio and marketing. Any privacy, release, or confidentiality limits will be written into the pro bono agreement before work begins.
For sole proprietors and qualifying LLCs
In exchange for pro bono services, the business must give Blowers Creative priority when choosing a provider for its next creative project. We must be considered first and given the first opportunity to discuss that project before another freelancer, agency, company, or other creative provider is selected.
This does not require the business to hire us. It does not require us to accept the future project. If we cannot reach an agreement, both sides may move on. The applicable pro bono agreement will define the formal right-of-first-opportunity terms.
What is covered
Pro bono services cover only the work we approve in writing. Third-party expenses such as advertising spend, printing, travel, permits, hosting, rentals, talent, licensing, and similar costs are not included unless we approve them in writing.
Applicants must cooperate with reasonable deadlines and approval requests. We may limit, postpone, change, or decline an application based on capacity, scope, suitability, cost, or other business considerations.
How to apply
Email hello@blowerscreative.com with your organization or business name, which eligibility category applies to you, what you need, why it matters, your hoped-for timeline, and the name of the person who will run communication.
Do not apply through a contact form or any other form on this site. Pro bono requests sent through a form will not be considered. Email is the door.
Eligibility is not selection
Meeting every requirement means you are eligible for consideration. It does not guarantee a place in the Blowers Creative Pro Bono Program or guarantee that we will provide any service.
