Part-time general manager.

You run the day to day so the work keeps moving.
We take pictures, build websites, and produce content for a living. Someone has to keep the business underneath that running: who is working on what, what is late, what is in the way, and what needs deciding today.
That is this job. You supervise the people doing the work, keep the records straight, watch the deadlines, and handle the routine problems yourself. The bigger ones come to us, and you should know the difference.
We would rather you fix something than schedule a meeting about it. Management experience helps. Judgment helps more.
What you run.
- 01
The day to day
Operations, priorities, and the admin underneath them. Make sure people have what they need to do the work, and sort out what is in the way.
- 02
The people
Day-to-day supervision, scheduling, attendance, and performance. Answer the routine questions, hold people to what they agreed to, and send the serious personnel matters up.
- 03
The paperwork
Operational records, internal requests, project deadlines, and onboarding. Keep it accurate and keep leadership current.
- 04
The calls
Make the routine decisions inside your authority. Flag anything operational, financial, or personnel that we need to know about. Spot what could run better and say so.
A short list.
If most of these are true, send us a note.
- Organized, and good with your own time.
- Can supervise people and juggle several priorities without dropping one.
- Writes clearly.
- Solves the routine problem without being told to.
- Comfortable with business software and admin systems.
- Can keep confidential company information confidential.
- Managed or supervised before. Preferred, not required.
What we expect.
You own the day to day without constant direction. This is hands-on: handle the routine problems yourself, and know which ones need executive approval before you move.
Want it? Send a note.
