How we handle your information across everything we run — this site, our online store, and the signed-in tools we operate. We collect what a service needs to work, we don't sell it, and we name everyone else who touches it. Said carefully below.

What we collect, by service

This website. Only the contact form: your name, email, message, and — if you choose to give it — a phone number, with an opt-in checkbox for calls or texts. No accounts, no analytics, no tracking.

The online store. To sell you a wallpaper we collect your email and what you bought. You can make an account or check out as a guest. For physical prints we collect the name, shipping address, and contact details needed to mail the order. We keep your purchase, subscription, and credit history so the store works. We never see or store your card number — that goes straight to our payment processor.

The newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email to send it. Every issue has an unsubscribe link, and that address isn't used for anything else.

Signed-in tools. We log you in with a one-time email code, so there's no password to leak. When you electronically sign a document, the law and basic sense require a real record, so we capture the time, your IP address, your browser's user-agent, and a fingerprint of the exact document you signed. That record is meant to be permanent.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

It depends on the service:

The marketing site runs no analytics and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It remembers two things on your device only — your light-or-dark theme and a dismissed banner — and uses neither to identify you.

The online store uses Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't set cookies or follow you across other sites, plus Google's advertising tag to measure whether an ad led to a purchase. That last one does set cookies. If you'd rather not be measured for ads, your browser settings and Google's ad settings let you opt out.

Who else touches it

A handful of services do specific jobs. We share only what each one needs:

Supabase stores accounts, orders, and signing records, and handles login.

Stripe processes payments. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we don't see or store them.

Printful prints and ships physical orders, so it receives the shipping details for those.

Resend sends transactional email — receipts, sign-in codes, and signing confirmations.

Netlify hosts the sites and handles the contact form.

Google serves our fonts (so it sees your IP when a page loads) and, on the store, provides the advertising tag above.

None of them get your information from us to use for their own marketing.

What we do with it

We use what we collect to run the service you're using: reply to your message, deliver and ship what you bought, keep your account and your signed agreements, send receipts and any newsletter you asked for, and keep things running — security, fraud prevention, and fixing what breaks. We don't sell it or rent it out.

How long we keep it

As long as the service needs it. Order and payment records we hold for the tax and accounting periods the law expects. Signed agreements are kept as permanent legal records by design. A contact-form message we keep while it's useful and delete when it isn't. Ask us to delete what we can, and we will.

Your choices

Write to hello@blowerscreative.com to ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter from any newsletter email, opt out of calls or texts the same way you opted in, and use your browser or Google's ad settings to limit ad measurement on the store. A few records — a completed sale's tax record, a signed agreement — we may have to keep even after you close an account.

Children

Our services are meant for adults, and we don't knowingly collect anything from children under 13. We do run a learning program for a local high schooler; where a minor is involved, a parent or guardian is part of it, and it happens off these services.

Changes to this policy

If this changes, the new version goes up here with a fresh date at the top. Anything material won't be buried in the fine print.
